Diane Stephens – President

Corporate Account Manager III- Hawaiian Telcom – As a Corporate Account Manager for Hawaiian Telcom, Diane Stephens works with the company’s large business customers throughout the State of Hawaii. She began her career in the telecommunications business over 30 years ago and has won numerous performance awards. When she’s not taking care of her clients, she spends her time volunteering as a Hawaiian Telcom Brand Champion to promote employee engagement, Living Lokahi group who provides health and wellness, Good Government Club and bowling in the Hawaiian Telephone weekly bowling league. She enjoys trying out new restaurants, going to the movies, concerts and attending her grandchildren’s sports events.  

Rosa White – Vice President

Chief Financial Officer – DRFortress Rosa White serves as the Chief Financial Officer and is one of the founders of DRFortress. She has 16 years of experience in the IT and telecommunication industry, specializing in finance, system and process implementation, and product development. Rosa is responsible for all finance, budget, and human resource aspects for the Company. Rosa’s previous positions include Asia Pacific Solution Development Manager for Equinix where she managed all cross-regional sales efforts, new business and service offering opportunities, Senior Consultant for KPMG Consulting, Financial Controller at Strategic Information Solutions, and Revenue Reporting Manager at Adobe Systems.  She graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Cody Down – Treasurer

Chief Information Officer and Associate Vice President – Hawaii Pacific University

As CIO of Hawaii Pacific University, Cody leads the central IT Services unit, which oversees and manages the University’s network infrastructure, enterprise systems, security, instructional technology, ERP, and business intelligence.

Cody has been in higher education for over 20 years and previously headed up the IT department at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences in Washington State. He also spent over 10 years working in various IT units at the University of Washington in Seattle.

Cody has an undergraduate degree in Anthropology from the University of Washington and a Master’s of Science in Information Systems from Minot State University, in North Dakota. His experience also includes project management, strategic planning, master planning, and leading customer improvement initiatives.

Krystel Posada - Program Director

Senior Account Executive – Gartner Inc. 

Krystel has been in technology for 15 years, most recently she left Verizon Wireless Business after 7 years of service to start a new journey with Gartner.  She is passionate about helping the Hawaii business community to improve efficiencies and drive revenue with technology.   She currently serves on the Hawaii Lodging Tourism Association as Secretary of the IT Council and is a Big Sister mentor for youth on the West Side.  She grew up on Travis Air Force Base in Northern California near San Francisco, but she’s called Hawaii home now for 8 years.  She is a mother of beautiful 2 year old, Aya Jane.  Spending time with her daughter going on hikes and enjoying the beach are her two favorite things to do on the weekends.

Les Daijo – Events Coordinator

Express Employment Professionals, Group Director – IT & Healthcare Divisions Les Daijo leads the Hawaii state territories of Express Employment Professionals, North America’s largest franchised staffing company, to provide top quality IT & Healthcare employees for their clients. He began his career in the tech industry 12 years ago as the Hawaii Account Executive with world-wide storage leader, EMC Corp and was then recruited by EMC’s largest competitor, NetApp, as the Hawaii Commercial Account Manager. Les’ desire was to become a trusted resource to his customers, not only for storage & backup/disaster recovery, but for all of their IT needs, which led him to one of the largest Hawaii & national systems integrators, World Wide Technology, as their Hawaii Enterprise Account Executive. Prior to the IT field, he began his career with GTE Hawaiian Tel/Verizon Yellow Pages for 12 years as a Sales Representative, Regional Sales Trainer, District Manager & General Sales Manager prior to moving to the tech industry.

Les graduated from the University of Hawaii, College of Business with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. Aside from work, you can find Les year-round at the soccer field enjoying time with his son’s soccer club, the Honolulu Bulls.

Shirley Cheung – Membership Director

Enterprise Account Executive – Oceanic Time Warner Cable Business Class As an account executive for Oceanic Time Warner Cable Business Class, Shirley helps businesses connect to their customers and to each other through telecommunications network and cloud solutions. Shirley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Hawaii’s William S. Richardson School of Law.  She also serves on the Governing Board of the Voyager Public Charter School and is a member of its Governance Committee.

Eran Agmon – Advisor

President & CEO – ComTest Technologies

David Lau – Advisor

David Lau has been in the information technology industry since 1984. He has worked for the University of Hawaii, Software Plus, Software House International, TD Food Service, Inc, and TW telecom prior to Level 3 Communications.  David has worked on wide area network deployment through out the United States as well as to Guam and Saipan.

At Level 3 Communications, David assists account executives with pre- and post-sale technical questions, and designs network solutions for customers. He also works closely with Level 3 Communications Operations department on new customer network designs to ensure designs can be implemented.
