Diane Stephens – PresidentCorporate Account Manager III- Hawaiian Telcom – As a Corporate Account Manager for Hawaiian Telcom, Diane Stephens works with the company’s large business customers throughout the State of Hawaii. She began her career in the telecommunications business over 30 years ago and has won numerous performance awards. When she’s not taking care of her clients, she spends her time volunteering as a Hawaiian Telcom Brand Champion to promote employee engagement, Living Lokahi group who provides health and wellness, Good Government Club and bowling in the Hawaiian Telephone weekly bowling league. She enjoys trying out new restaurants, going to the movies, concerts and attending her grandchildren’s sports events.

Krystel has been in technology for 15 years, most recently she left Verizon Wireless Business after 7 years of service to start a new journey with Gartner. She is passionate about helping the Hawaii business community to improve efficiencies and drive revenue with technology. She currently serves on the Hawaii Lodging Tourism Association as Secretary of the IT Council and is a Big Sister mentor for youth on the West Side. She grew up on Travis Air Force Base in Northern California near San Francisco, but she’s called Hawaii home now for 8 years. She is a mother of beautiful 2 year old, Aya Jane. Spending time with her daughter going on hikes and enjoying the beach are her two favorite things to do on the weekends.

David Lau – Advisor
David Lau has been in the information technology industry since 1984. He has worked for the University of Hawaii, Software Plus, Software House International, TD Food Service, Inc, and TW telecom prior to Level 3 Communications. David has worked on wide area network deployment through out the United States as well as to Guam and Saipan.
At Level 3 Communications, David assists account executives with pre- and post-sale technical questions, and designs network solutions for customers. He also works closely with Level 3 Communications Operations department on new customer network designs to ensure designs can be implemented.
