WHY KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT

Knowledge Management (KM) equips organizations with tools to anticipate future knowledge needs and make the most of the institutional and individual knowledge that already exists. How can KM principles benefit your organization? In this presentation we’ll discuss how KM can help you:

  • Do more with less
  • Stop the brain drain
  • Skill-up your staff
  • Build the workforce of the future

Terry Allen is a management consultant for the global strategy and technology firm, Booz Allen Hamilton and a Certified Knowledge Manager. He has led business transformation, process improvement, and change management projects across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Currently, he’s building a KM team to support a PACRIM client here in Hawaii and internationally in Japan, and Korea.
